One of the experiences we arrange for our children in Year 6 is for them to attend a residential trip before they leave for their secondary school in July. This year we had the opportunity to take 45 pupils to Alton Castle in Staffordshire.

On Monday 2nd July we went to Alton Towers Theme Park and made our way to Alton Castle, our home for the next few days.  We also fitted in a 'Nightline Walk', a blindfolded walk through the woods.
