Year 3 - Stone Henge

As part of the children's topic, Rock of Ages, year 3 have been learning about Stonehenge.  The children discussed the possible purposes of the famous monument, and then designed their own sketch.  The children then used clay to carefully create a model of Stonehenge.  They did a fantastic job of using their hands as well as clay tools to create their own likeness of Stonehenge.
